Rufus first found his way into modelling after doing a little child modelling before later signing in London while studying at university, something that quickly opened the door to working across London and Tokyo. Since stepping into fashion more seriously, he has worked on projects including Issey Miyake IM MEN, multiple London Fashion Week shows, as well as Tokyo runway and editorial work for Mastermind x Dr. Martens, Les Six, Kiminori Morishita, The Reracs and Them Magazine. One standout moment remains filming a private runway project for Mastermind Tokyo on an airport landing strip; a surreal experience shared with close friends that perfectly captured the excitement he loves about fashion. Away from modelling, Rufus balances fashion with an Economics degree, while also running a social media marketing business alongside university. A former UK National Championship hurdler and academy-level footballer, sport still plays a huge role in his world, whether that’s running, football, tennis or staying active in general. Fashion has always been more than work for him too, with a real appreciation for designers that focus on tailoring and silhouette.
